Extraverts enjoy variety and action in their jobs, and a job that is not long and slow. Their preferred method of communication is with energy and enthusiasm, and would prefer face-to-face communication over written. They like to seek opportunities to communicate in groups.
Sensing

Sensors like using experience and standard ways to solve problems. They like to do things with a practical bent and prefer to present the details of their work first. Sensors like evidence presented first and want the practical and realistic applications shown. They prefer suggestions to be straightforward and feasible.
Feeling

Feelers enjoy pleasing people, even in unimportant things, and work best in harmony with others. They prefer to be sociable and friendly, and can be interpersonally appreciative. Feelers consider logic and objectivity as data to value.
Perceiving

Perceivers enjoy flexibility in their work. They tend to be curious and welcome a new light on a thing, situation, or person. Perceivers also adapt well to changing situations and feel restricted without change.
